Mariana Montenegro is a Dallas-based executive mentor and keynote speaker in Global Leadership and Career.
Before founding her practice, Mariana built a 25+ year international corporate career across Consumer Goods, Retail, Technology and Consulting, at companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Alpargatas and Gartner. She has worked with leaders in more than 50 countries, coached 300+ professionals, and holds a specialization in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.
Today she helps executives lead multicultural teams through the BridgeKey program and supports multicultural professionals in growing their careers in Corporate America through the RiseAcross program. She works in English and Portuguese, online with clients in the U.S., Brazil and worldwide.
